Methodology

This was a prospective cohort study with validated instruments. Participants were measured at baseline (T0), week 6 (T1), week 12 (T2), and 3-month follow-up (T3). The program combines international clinical guidelines (RCOG, IAPMD) with systematic analysis of 50,000+ community experiences.

Follow-up Research

Based on these promising results, a digital platform is being developed with 24/7 support, personalized recommendations, and integration with healthcare providers.

This program is not a replacement for medical treatment. It is developed as complementary support for lifestyle adjustments. Results subject to peer review.
